I’m sure this will evolve over time, but for now, I’ll be sharing my current favorite workouts so that you can try them, too!
Keep in mind that these workouts are what I’m currently capable of – you’ll definitely want to adjust the weights, sets, and reps according to your current fitness level and your goals!

- BOSU squat (3 sets of 10, BW) + Speed skater (3 sets of 10, 15lb DBs)
- Medicine ball slam (3 sets of 33, 10lb ball) + Barbell overhead lunge (3 sets of 10, 18/20/20lbs)
- KB deadlift, 3 sets of 10, 24kg + KB one legged dead lift (3 sets of 10, 18lbs)
- incline sit ups, 3 sets of 10, BW/10lbs/10lbs
